i cant change it. no matter how many times i try to upload or change, the same stupid one comes up. help! or if there is an administrator that could just clear the whole icon from my account, that would be great...

and yes my pic meets all the criteria, it was the first one i had on there so it definitely works, now if it will just change...

Try hitting the refresh / reload button on your browser after you upload the new one.. It works wonders
