Icon not working

tried to change my icon, would upload and it's in my media gallery, but when the page refreshes my icon disappears.

I am running Mozilla Firefox v 7.0.1 ; Java Platfrm 6.29

just put it in paint and resize it so it will fit the uploader for icons.
