Icelantic Nomad vs Pioneer

Hey guys,

I'm looking to expand my ski quiver and so far I've been looking at the icelantic Nomad and pioneer in the 96 and 105 widths.

I'm an advanced-expert level skier and I like to ski trees, off piste, drops and side hits. I currently have the armada are 96 so I'm looking for something that will fill in where the arv 96 lacks. So I'm wondering what's difference the nomad and pioneer in terms of how they ski and what width would be best?

Thanks

Nomad = freestyle Pioneer = freeride

So would the pioneer have better all mountain capabilities?

Depends on your definition of all mountain. Do you ski with a freestyle attitude e.g. do you spin, land/ski switch, ski with a centered, neutral stance? If so, go Nomad. If you like to drive your skis, don’t ski switch too much, go Pioneer
