Has anyone heard anything about it, is it a playful ski for something like park?How does the flex compare to the Hellbents?

It has a ~130 waist and no camber, I doubt that will be fun for park, imo

The flex is a lot like hellbents. But stiff underfoot. According to Icelantic this allows for good carving and real fast stable ride.

Both the New life and gypsy are "charger" jib/pow skis...both are soo sick

I have 2010 bents and 2012 gypsies. Bents have a continuous flex while the the gypsies are stiffer underfoot and soften up in the tip and tail exactly like 50kal says. The softened up tip and tail is still stiffer than bents. overall it is considerably stiffer ski.

The rocker profile on the gypsies is dwarfed by the bents, not even in the same ballpark.

Ive yet to ski the gypsies but I have skied the nomads and shamans so I can attest to icelantics quality and overall ride satisfaction. The gypsies are going to be awesome. Im kinda sad because im pretty sure they will all but replace my bents...and my bents have been my go to ski in my quiver for the last few years. I think i used my bents everyday last year actually.

like the dude said above, less jibby than some other bug fat pow skis, more oriented for charging. buy em and you wont regret it
