Probally the only one who read the article but it is such bullshit, firstly the expenditure break down is from last year, which may not seem like a big deal and in most cases isn't, but when a charity fundraises several times more than they ever have in the past it is an unreasonable assumption to presume the expenditure break down will be the same. Secondly they try to make it seem like "fundraising costs" and "administrative costs" are unreasonably high while quietly ignore the huge amounts money theses employees have managed to raise this year through what the article refered to as marketing. Finally they go on to bash the organization for researching the cure because education about preventative measures is more important, for some reason the fact that currently their largest portion of expenses is education somehow isn't relevant.
Come on some people just have to be cynical assholes about everything and can never admit something is actually helping. Fact is this campaign has raised more money than every before for als( regardless of the portion spent) and far more importantly has spread awareness about a serious sickness very few people had ever heard about this time last year
