I always get a lot of this when i run ad aware. what is it and is there anyway besides ad aware to get it off my computer, like deleting a program or something. thanks

 
on top of ad aware get spybot and micro$oft anti-spyware. You'll be surprised by the MS one...its damn fucking good.

thats what happens when they buy out good companies. hah.
