I want to run my macbook when it is closed?

so i have a first gen macbook and we wanna run it while its closed. we have the ext monitor ex mouse and ex keyboard attached... im dumb i know... any help +k

google the program "insomniac" make sure your plugged in becasue it essentially keeps your moniter on so that drains your battery.

i know on my pc i can play with the power settings so when i close notebook > nothing happens. i bet you could find out how to do it, play around with settings, www.google.com before NS and also check youtube. everythings on youtube
