damn this sucks today my bag got searched again (i hate private school) and they got my brand new bowl and less than a gram of bud. Suspended until i complete a 3 day substance abuse program, how fucking gay is that. Least i get to sleep in tomorow?

thats preety lame, my friend got busted and is suspended for 20 days and has to go to court for dealing and has to be on probation
 
if you get busted dealing at my school your expelled right away. if your under the influence its 10 days, and im not sure about possesion. it might still be 10 days.
 
not to be a dick but eli is a fucking idiot when it comes to that. i guess im just really against smoking during school. like cmon, u cant wait until u get home to blaze. and yeah that sucks to u adrian. if there was random searchers at my school every day someone would get suspended.
 
i remembered we were gona watch a legit movie in english for the whole 2 hours, so I thought it would be nice to spark some before. Ended up coming in late for apparel making so they used that as a reason i guess... and this time they said if i didnt comply they were gona call the po po

i suggest you dont quit, only be more careful of where you put your pot, i suggest maybe holding it in your pockets and when they ask to search your bag ask them for a warrent... cause legally they cant and if they tell you the can cause its not your property tell them it states it in the law because it does they'll be clueless... they cant legally search your bag without your consent or a warrent... and when you store it in your pocket store it in like 3 different ziplock bags.. or somethign and put your shit in with it, no one can know the difference.

a couple days ago a cop rolled up on me smoking a j, and i admitted to it and everything, but told him i ate the roach, and he let me go. -- got so lucky

 
you are right, they cant legaly search it if they dont have a warrant, but its a private school and they can do what they want, if you dont let them search your bag, they can suspend or expell you for not cooperating if they want.
 
well with the backpack, if you dont comply then you give the administrator or cop reasonable suspicion. its really a catch 22
 
tell tham that you have private stuff in there that you dont want them to see, like condoms and stuff... or tampons for your GF... they wont want to look in your bag after that, and you give them no reason to search your bag if they cant smell anything
 
Damn adrian, that sucks. Ive never had a problem with pot in school, but your best bet is just to keep it at home/in a car/at a friends house. The thought of blazing at the end of the day is what gets me through school, its better to wait cause you have something to look forward too. Lately kids have been getting busted at my school because there dumbasses and leave during school to smoke in the woods or smoke-ride. One of my friends got busted and his mom sent him to live with his dad in florida now...it sucks cause i'll never see him again, over a stupid reason like leaving school to blaze. Save that shit for out of school man, its just not worth the risk.

In Maine they can charge you and useally will with dealing if it is double bagged (or trippeled). I highly recommend not double baggin anything. It makes it 1000 times worse if you get dealing insted of just possesion.

1. this kids life revolves around smoking. all i hear out of his mouth is weed related topics.

2. the kid blazed 4 times that day then goes to his class smelling of weed.

3. i like the kid somewhat so its not because i dont like him

that's true in MA too. Double bagged in a school zone and you can really get fucked. Weird that they came down so harsh on eli, i know last year derrick got busted, but all he had was the 20 bag he sold. The school called the popo, and i guess they didn't think it was a big enough deal to show up, which is really surprising for sudbury. He got a three-day suspension I believe, but he never got in any trouble with the fuzzy muff.
 
thats so wrong. the minute you walk onto a school campus you lose so many rights. they can search whatever bag, car, or locker they damn well please.
 
durk and i have blazed togeather many times. its true the kid was acting mad stupid that day but his entire life could be fucked up just because he smoke weed.
 
when you go to a bording school you sign away your constitutionsal rights, so you are subect to a search at any time
 
that shits happening to me too man. cept its my parents. they found my brand new bubbler the other night and flipped a bitch. im so pissed. i hade like a full bowl in it too. sucks
 
that really sucks man, don't understand why people are so uptight and ridiculous about pot...

ever since my parents caught me i've been pretty under-the-radar about it and it hasn't caused any problems... mad gay the way i got caught too, one of my friends dropped his bag with a piece and an eighth under my bed and i didn't even know it was there, a month fucking later my mom cleans my room and finds it...

kicker is that they pull it out and start bitching at me and all i can say is "it isn't mine"... 'course they don't believe me, that's exactly what they expected me to say, but it actually wasn't... sigh.

shit got me grounded for two-some weeks.

 
sucks man, I feel your pain. All I can say is don't go to a private boarding rich person school if you want more freedom. My high school was like a college. Open campus with off periods. We could leave whenever we wanted, get blitzed and come back.
 
you should quit. if you can be able to handle it like an adult and you "have" to toke while at school, you shouldn't be able to. You aren't mature enough.
 
That is not true. They can search you because while on school grounds the school acts as a surrogate parent to the student. The simple answer is dont bring weed to school. Im not trying to tell you not to smoke, just dont put your head in the mouse trap and hope that iit wont trigger.

By the way, this was ruling of the Supreme Court, and im not in the mood for a debate.

Just got off the phone with school, I only miss 2 1/2 days because its thanksgiving week, and i get to go back next monday NO drug treatment program! woord up
