I seriously need help

so i have a mac and i pressed some buttons and it zoomed in alot and when i move my mouse the hole screen moves its not just the font ++++++ k for anyone who helps out

I lied, you want to two figner scroll down. scroll up with control is how it got that way.

Man I hate when I do that and then the mouse is sticky and it doesnt let me scroll
