Do the step ups come with bindings? What are they mounted to?

The Step Ups have been mounted with the pictured pivot 14's for a bsl 313mm at true center. The brake width on those would probably be 90mm at max.

Pivot 18's have a 115mm brake.

I have had more interest in the jiberish flannel and will post more pics later today.
