I payed for triple threat online premiere and its still not working

Well im just gonna guess that since the timer is still going (3:37:05)for the count down its not gonna work yet. unless its out in a differnt time zone already. IDK
 
i dont know if its the same for you but i paid on paypal and everything and when i go on the pbp link they say that i have no active subscription
 
i payed early on and it didnt show up on my account. I was a little worried while i was watching the beginning/interviews. I kept trying to login through the mobilerider site but no dice. I decided to email them since it was there at the bottom of the site page.

I explained my situation giving them my name and username etc. In around 10 minutes they emailed me back saying that they confirmed my transaction and had activated my account. I logged in perfectly and watched both movies + everything else with ease and in full screen :)..

and to everyone that didnt get to see them and payed...i feel for you :(
 
What is the email at the bottom of the page? it wont let me log in. i left that page and can't find their email anywhere
 
Paid yesterday, still can't watch it. Just get a video player that doesn't load anything. Anyone know what's up? I emailed triplethreat@mobilerider.com and have yet to hear back.
 
Really kid? Its called these people payed money so they could watch something and they are just making sure that they will get what they have paid for. Chill out and learn how to spell those curse words.
