I/O vs I/OX

Can someone post pictures of someone wearing the i/o and the i/ox under a helmet? Preferably a Smith brand helmet like the holt or maze. I want to see just how much bigger the i/ox is on a face compared to the i/o. The reason I ask is that I can't get to a shop until next week and I need to order goggles soon for a trip I am going on. +K for any help

I bought some I/O thinking they were going to be too big. After recieving them, I find them perfect-sized for a regular face. They have that "Big Lens" style without being too large.

For the I/OX, they are a bit larger and a little too big for me.

Both of theses goggles are great, you should try each of them in store before making any purchase if you want my opinion.

Bendingo

I have I/o and they have to be lower on my nose or else a little wind will get in my eyes and start getting annoying at high speeds. Don't get me wrong they are AMAZING . I love em and they've only fogged a few times. I just remember at the beginning of the day to push them down a little so they fit better.

Cant go wrong with the I/O. I love mine. Ive heard from people with the I/Ox users that the goggles fit unnaturaly and are a bit bulky, but are still a good goggle.

Honestly, EG2s still have the biggest field of vision of any goggle I've tried, especially since I have a wide face.

i\os don't fit my face but i\oxs fit pretty well, if I had to choose I'd personally pick the I\OXs

I've used both a fair bit now and my opinion basically comes down to:IOX with a toque

IO with helmet

both RE SICK, BUT IOX DIDN'T FEEL QUITE RIGHT WITH MY HELMET...capslock for the win

Just a heads up if you are buying iox for the feald of view you will not be happy, i tryed them on in a store and they had only decent periferals but the vertical view was minimal at best, they sit very far off the face diminishing the FOV

Thats the one thing I hate about goggles. You can get such a higher FOV if you put the goggles close to the face. IMO the 3 thick layers of foam like in crowbars (correct me if I am wrong), are just unnecessary

I totally agree with this, I tried on a pair and really wanted them to work. They fit more like Airbrakes than EG2s or the Canopy. I/OX looks like a big goggle but when you put them on, they are only marginally bigger than the I/O.

Resurrecting this thread. How do these fit under a poc receptor bug? I'm worried about the plastic pieces on the side getting in the way of the helmet sides. Thoughts?

Try them on in a store, I feel like the I/ox might be a little to square for the receptor bug. But if I were you I'd find a friend who has the I/ox and try them on with your helmet if going to a store isn't an option. Hope I helped!
