Hello, I am planning a ski trip to the alps this winter and I have no idea where to begin planning. We are planning on going for 2-3 weeks and want to hit France, Italy and Switzerland. We are looking to ski hard for the first 2 weeks and stay cheap in hostels or wherever and then finish the vacation with a few days of relaxing and living it up. I have never been before so I don't even know where would be the best place to start and to fly in to and where to end the trip and fly out of, when is the best time to go? We want good riding but we also just want to experience good culture and the lifestyle in each country. If you can help me out let me know, you can also personal message me too, THANKS!!!!!

a good place to start would innsbruck be...its a really cool city-a lot of culture and its really good to party;-) there are pretty much ski-areas around innsbruck, if you want you can hit a different mountain every day!its also cheap-there are several youth hostels, if you need more information, post your questions!i will check the thread for updates!

how long do you plan to stay at every place?
