I NEED SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR RIALS

im trying to find out what design works best for building rails and what design uses the least amount of wood. +k for pictures

take wood, drill multiple PVC pipes into wood, put wood on legs, voila, amazing rail

p.s i did this i know have flat rail, an up down rail, and a rainbow rail, works great

how exactly did you make a rainbow rail with PVC? do they make curved pipes?

they have some flex in em but i would suggest using thinner pvc's for that but more of them

use thin ones and a heat gun. also have the frame built first then screw down one end of the pipes and heat them and screw the next one, until you get to the other end

You could always go to where houses are being built and ask for scraps or take them if noone is around and your 100% sure there scraps you'll usually end up with some free wood.

idk how he did his but i just got long as screws and drilled em in so there wasa little divot in the pide where the screw was to prevent the ski from clipping it... worked really well

Get a miter saw, do it proper

Drill through the bottom up into the PVC. Works really well if you put a lot of screws in.

Oh you know Rials? Shes great at head at least

Really dope way to do it it have a 2x4 sticking up in the center. Then have two steel tubes going down and you can screw them in at an angle. Can also put a strip of ply allong the outer edge to really hold them in. You can make it bullet proof.

OR just weld it.
