I need new pants

I need some new pants, I live in the PNW so it is wet a lot. Thinking of the Bloom Upward pant because it is 20k, but wondering your guys' opinion on good waterproof pants that are a little cheap.

I really like my saga anomies. Never got wet in them so far. You can probably get them for fairly cheap if you go with some older models...
