I need help with pictures

i dont know how to put a picture on the website. i no that it has to be uner 100 k o r whatever, well i dont know how to do taht either, i dont have photoshop. so my question is how do i change one of my pictures to under 100k and then upload it??

ive checked the search bar and it didnt help
 
go to flickr.com and become a member. copy the image adress, and then paste it into the picture posting thing for ns. if you want to post a picture on a thread then you do

oh yeah, and USE THE SEARCHBAR
