I need help with iTunes

I have about 20 episodes of a show that are all in AVI format.... How can i play them in iTunes/put on my iPod?

you need to convert it to H.264 or another playable format. this program is free and easy

If you're using a mac, go to apple.com and search for a video converter. Their site has lots of good links to downloads. Otherwise, I have no idea.

works fine for me on vista. but if your having problems just google for a converter, theres tons of them

firefox has a good converter program.

download helper is only for FLV files and cant do video, just does it to FLV video or you can do mp3 audio, not mp4 itunes video shit.
