I need help to build a stair jib

im planing on makeing a small stair jib for my back yard. I want to have a flat to down box and a handrail. im not sure how many stairs i should go or waht angle they should be at etc. any help/ palns would be nice.

if your trying to make it like a real staircase then use a 30deg angle i wouldnt go less than 20deg cuz it will just be too mellow. make the rail/ ledge atleast 6 or 7 feetlong and the number of stairs is just preferance, heres a crappy pic if you need something to look at -

this is gonna be mad expensive...but ya make the rail/box 12' minumim on the down and not too steep...and post pics
 
dude 6-7 feet is soooooo short, if your going to do that, its not nearly worth it. for a down rail id say it least 15 feet. id say closer to 20. my mtn has a 10 ft one and its pretty much a joke. its over before your even on it.
 
yeah but what u could do is extend the rail down at the bottom or on the top before ths stairs that could help save some money and would still be fun
