I need help! please!

Ok so i was just using my computer when suddenly the entire screen flipped sideways. I dont know how it happend and I have no idea how to change it back. Can any of you help me? and its soo hard to use the mousepad now because the directions are all screwed up.

 
I've had this happen before. Try ctrl-alt-up arrow. If that doesn't work then im not sure
 
If you're on windows 7: Control Panel, Appearance and personalization, screen resolution, orientation (landcape, portrait). You want to set that to landscape.
 
this way works too, but the other way was much easier since the mouse was opposite. thanks for your help
