I need drinks to make with tequila (that dont suck)

so *claim* i made all of 1800 tequilas web properties over the last couple years*/claim* and i have a TON of tequila lying around that i never drink cuz frankly its not that good.
regardless, its summer time and i enjoy a margarita now and then, but fuck, i need something to get drunk on that isnt just taking shots till i see black.
so i come to you NS (of legal drinking age/college students). any ideas?
 
if youre trying to just get drunk, who cares how it tastes, get some limes and get shitfaced
 
24 oz tequila + 12 oz Simply Lemonade + few teaspoons of Sugar in the Raw + 2 cups of ice

Add to blender and run until smooth. Should make about 4-6 tall, strong margs. Add more lemonade if you can't handle. And use less ice if you prefer something just barely frozen.

For non-frozen add 2 parts tequila + 1 part Cointreau (much better than the generic triple sec) + 1 part clear apple juice (or slightly less than 1 part) + freshly squeeze lime + ice to shaker. Strain and enjoy.
 
Recipe that tastes real ghood:

1/3-1/2 glass Pink Lemonade

2 tablespoons of sugar

2-3 tequila shots, or more or less depending on what you want

A small bit of sparking water/sprite etc.

and viola! an amazingly good tasting drink
 
2 tablespoons of sugar? that's a tit load of sugar. You are going to vomit form the syrup that you will consume.

but tequila sunrises are good

this is good too

2 oz tequila

splash of raspberry lemonade

pour ice and blend

brew a little iced tea any flavor and add a splash of that

garnish with lime and salt

hella tasty
 
I assume you mean mixed drinks, so I'm going to suggest you make a Latin Lover.

3/4 oz 1800® Tequila

3/4 oz Sagatiba Pura

1 1/4 - 2 oz pineapple juice

3/4 oz Rose's® lime juice

1/4 - 3/4 oz lemon juice

Win.
 
haha, well, hit me up on ns later next week and ill see how generous im feeling. usually hit the pub on bowery for lunch on fridays.
 
i have never liked tequila with anything other than nestea pomegranate passion fruit iced tea. honestly, it is my greatest discovery. i highly recommend trying it. it's delicious.
 
Margaritas are soooooooo good if you make your own sour mix (lemons, limes & simple syrup - you can make a shitload and save it). And it's always yummy to add a bit of orange juice along with grand marnier/cointreau...using triple sec will make it sugary/sweeter.

I really want a margarita right now.
 
best idea yet: trade all that tequila for some other form of drunk inducing fluid. i suggest rum since its summer time and i sip on rum all day.
 
find a friend, get two tequila sunrises, two straws, and staredown chug till that bitch is finished. who cares how it tastesyou dont taste shit when its done in 8 seconds.

Since you're probably 12. Go with tequila lime jello shots. Make them in the bigger cups. Your little stomach should be able to handle them and they taste pretty ballin in the summertime.
 
as somebody said above... tequila with squirt is really good, or any grapefruit soft drink for that matter... it's actually a very popular drink in mexico. you could even add a little lime juice and some salt. aaah this thread is making me thirsty!
 
dudde im always in soho, im living at fordham lincoln center for the summer (by columbus circle). I work on wall st and i live at fordham rose hill (bronx) during the regular school year

take tequila, orange juice, and twizzlers

put it all in a blender

soooo fucking awesome

the twizzler bits are so tasty since they get infused with orange and tequila
