I just bought on3p mango 100 from the factory find thing, and I am having trouble deciding on bindings. what should I get? (my budget is 200-300)

I’d definitely go tyrolia 14s, best bang for you buck ans you don’t need much else.

You could also find pivots, they go on sale pretty frequently online at this time of year

And go 90-95 mm brakes they can easily be bent

they are pretty decent bindings but they are kinda heavy compared to other bindings like pivots which are somewhat in the same price range. and from personal experience, the pivots were better for me. they felt like they were a lot stronger and more responsive.

Are you trying to say that Attack 14s are heavier than Pivots?

For bindings look at Pivots, Attacks, and STHs all can be had for pretty decent pricing right now on spring clearance sales.

[tag=132270]@Randy_Quench[/tag] is selling some really beat up pivots for 120 on BST right now. He says they’re still functional tho. I’d check em out

Pivots and attacks in the same price? Nah man. Attacks are also much lighter and cheaper than pivots, and cheaper than markers.

They are real solid bindings and for 200-300 attacks rule that price range

where are you located? I’ve got a pair of the 2022 attack 14s in the flash yellow color with only about 15 days i’ll let go for 100

In my opinion weight doesn't matter for

bindings since it's so close to the centre of your rotational it doesn't really affect the swing weight.

pivots

pivot 12 $250 brand new

individual binding weight: 1105 g

Attacks

attack 14 $219 brand new

individual binding weight: 1720 g

if your not getting pivot 14-18 then yes pivots are lighter, but tyrolia's are lighter but I don't need 14 din bindings so that's why I was arguing that pivots are lighter. and I like the heel retention on the pivots so that's why I like them more than tryolia's

Yeah they put out bad info on evo a bit.

my attacks are 1010 g per binding. 1710 is insane for attacks especially 14s.

I have no experience on the 12s but they are not as beefy as the 15s/18s

the attacks that I was reading about are the 2023 AAAtack 2's

The attack 14s do not weigh 1720 each, the numbers I'm seeing are between 1010g and 1035 per side, maybe the difference is with or without brakes.

You guys are all over the place. Evo has attack 13s for $99 right now and Level has P12s for $219 right now. Pivots are heavier than attacks, even the 12s are heavier. But you can’t compare a P12 to an attack 17 weight wise. People always talk about p14-P15+ but most people can get away with a P12

Idk man I think Jesters are great. Made the switch after riding pivots for years and I have no regrets

Markers other bindings are so shit and cheap feeling. The jesters are swanky tho, got a friend with a pair and they hold up mad nice

I would just shop around and get whatever is cheapest of the typical park bindings: Attacks, Griffons, Jesters, Pivots, etc. People argue for days about which is the best but they all have their problems IMO. Just don't ruin your new ski with a really cheap binding like a squire, Look NX, etc

People get so horny over pivots it’s ridiculous (myself included though). In reality any high end binding with the right din range will be fine. Except markers
