I need an Insurance topic for a presentation ++karma

I have to give a presentation on a hot topic on insurance or risk managment and want NS to help me think of what to present mine on. Examples of one's already done are life insurance with euthanasia, the Indiana stage collapse, Virginia tech shootings. Any ideas will help!

really shitty narrow scoped idea but first thing that popped into my head: would bear mountain be liable if that guy threatening tom wallish actually followed through in the future and attacked him on their property after the resort had been notified of the threats?
