Where should I get a pass? Where should I golf? Where should I hang out? Where are all the babes? Im new to the town and only have visited but now Im living full time here. I've been here a week so far and like it lots.

haha, exact same situation here. Been here for just a week. The biking is awesome, and i can't wait for the skiing. Hardest part is not knowing a single person outside of where I live and the professional world.

btw, not to thread jack or anything, but I dont really know anyone, so if anyone wants to grab beers or bike or ski anytime soon, I would be down. I also want to drive up to beartooth on one of the upcoming weekends, so theres that too.

As for a pass, it prob depends on what you want. I will prob get the solbright pass. I work a normal 9-5 m-f schedule, so going to brighton would allow me to ski more since you can ski at night. It's also cheaper than alta and snowbird, but the terrain isn't as good.

ha nice. you and me both man. just know some co-workers and i have like 2 friends that went to school here but thats it. I definitely want to start hittin some bars and what not

It really all depends on what you're after. More technical terrain, more park, etc. I've been here about 8 years and have had passes to Snowbird, Alta, Canyons, Brighton, etc.

If you're more for the park, certainly PC is the place to be. Canyons has had decent parks in the past but I haven't been there for a few years so things may have changed. BCC where Brighton is located is nice because, you can rip pow and then hit the park on the way back to the lift. Snowbird/Alta has zero park, unless you watch Sander Hadley's video and realize the whole mtn is a park.

In a nutshell, and also in my opinion, if you want some decent lines, and also a little park, go to Brighton. All park go to PCMR, and more terrain/vert/technical shit, go to the Bird or Alta.

In the meantime, enjoy the biking. Hit up Bobsled, Draper DH, Little Cottonwood, and also run bus laps in PC. I'm recouping from ACL surgery so get after the biking since I can't.

I'm always down to hit some bars and meet some new people. feel free to PM me sometime if you guys get bored.

>Where should I get a pass?

If you want big mountain and lots of snow, Snowbird for sure. If you want big mountain that's good but still doesn't compare to Snowbird, a little more snow than Snowbird, and a lot of skier girls, Alta. If you want park, probably PCMR. If you want a bunch of apathetic employees and stoner kids, Brighton, or so I've heard. Never been there. If you want a laid back sorta family oriented place, Solitude. If you want a quiet empty place that's really shallow, Powder Mountain. If you want groomers and nothing but shallow groomers, Deer Valley. If you want a all around pretty cool place (but still not nearly as good as Snowbird for terrain), Snowbasin.

Alta. Lots of girls ski at Alta, and compared other ski areas, they're less likely to be with a boyfriend or dad.

Word brighton is dope and has some sweet side country. You can also take some pow slashes over on milly, there's secret stashes all over brighton. Then hit up the park once you've had your dose of powder.

I might just be in my own little world when I'm skiing Alta, but in my experience there are way more girls skiing PC/Brighton/The Bird then Alta.
