Noone cares! Why do u people try to start fights? Haha i dont understand and i know him as a friend in real life and is super good, so i think u should think before u crap on peoples lives hahah just a opinion

People need to chill on here. Who cares if a kid has the same brand new outerwear as you. Some person out there that is better than you is thinking the same thing same question of "why is this kid wearing the dumont suit with this years twalls?" Filmers aren't always the best skiers and they have top of the line shit but no one dares to rip on them. For a lot of kids its a confidence booster. Look good, feel good.

Exactly! People just crap on eachothers lives for no reason! I asked for ur opinion not to be screamed at that i suck jeeze. And thanks k+!

I don't give two shits what you are are wearing.

What really pisses me off is the fact that you are so ungrateful that your parents buy you things. You are very privileged and the fact that you think these purchases "dont matter to you because your not buying them" really shows how little appreciation you have for you very blessed life that you lead.

Rock whatever you like. Tall tees below the knees, one pieces, whatever. But regardless of what you wear, know that you are an extremely lucky person and that far less than 1% of the world gets to ski on a semi regular basis.

Saving up for ski gear is easy as long as that is the only thing you are putting your money toward. I always bought my own ski gear, never really spent more than $300 in a season, but it was difficult because I was also trying to save up for college, a car, gas, insurance, and all that other fun stuff.

I never said that i dont apprecite what my parents buy me? Im extremly gratfull that i have parents that would spend so muvh money on something i love. I do sometimes act ungratefull and i admit it but u cant say that im never greatful. K+ for honesty

yo a lot of people will have the same brand as you and as long as you keep progressing and don't start shit you'll be fine. also I'd like to see your set up you should post a pic :D

this... I am 16 and I don't get my parents to buy my shit. I have a job busing tables. I bought everything for this season except for my season pass which was my birthday present. I got atomic punx with bindings, full tilts, some hoodies, couple pants, a jacket and my goggles. Sure I spent a shit load on all this. But it was well worth it. I didn't use my parents money, I work for my shit.

this, im the same age as these kids and buy my own shit. sessions jacket and expensive as fuck skies that i have saved since june working minimum wag at the local shop. and wats with the hate, WHO GIVES A FUCK! if your such hot shit that you have to troll on ns to make yourself feel good about yourself then.... sucks to be you. mostly saying that if your gratefull and you make a stride to become some what independent than thats good. it will get rid of the stereotype that all of ns is spoiled little 12 year olds. OP, be gratefull for what you have... we all should be gratefull to do what we love.

Thank you! With the one exception of my Saga outfit (which was my birthday/graduation/christmas present) I do buy all my own shit as well. Honestly you're kind of a badass in my book right now. +K

My best tricks right now are 3's and 270 off. So you could say I suck at park, but I worked my ass of this summer so I could get nice gear (saga pants, fulltilt drop kicks, and a jiberish hoddie) I don't are if I get shit for having nice stuff when I am not that good, because I know I worked my ass off to get it and did not have my parent buy it.

this shit pisses me off. i've been skiing all my life and i just got my first pair of skis that were actually mine 3 years ago (i'm 16) before i got my brothers old shit. And when i see a kid that has been skiing twice wearing the best stuff you can get it just makes me so frustrated. im not trying to hate on you for being a noob because everyone has to learn sometimes. but gear doesn't make you better at all.

i suck fat dick at park but i got a full saga suit, who fucking cares what you wear, if anyone hates on you at the mountain theyre an insecure douche

I wear a neon orange vest that i made out of a one piece hunting suit. I wear 5 year old haggard to shit spyder pants. i bought a FD jacket i never wear. only reason for buying was because its 40 inches tall and im 6'6, i regret the terrible purchase now. i also have 4 year old hot doggers. I have fun all day every-time i go. I see 13 year olds with full saga suits and you know what? i dont give a shit, its fucking skiing i do at the mountain, not judging at project runway. end slight rant

i know it doesnt make me better i never said that but i just think if it looks cool get it haha and its my second year not second time skiing

Who cares man I a lot of my stuff through high school but if my parents were willing to buy me whatever I wanted to be honest improbably would haventaken them up on that.

THIS!!+ you don't have to apologize for having the money to buy all that...but i think you should first have at least decent on-snow skills before you start hitting jumps and rails..

no one would say anything if you hit the small features in the park, but you'd look like a total idiot posing with all your new equipment not even knowing how to ski with your skis paralleled

I think what everyone has failed to realize is that all this gear is going to be dumped on the gear trade in 6 months at like 1/4 the price his parents paid for it with probably 6 weekends at aspen sliding down beside the park of use on it.

I buy all my shit used because I'm a poor student. Thank god for kids who's parents still buy them stuff and the old dudes with full time jobs. Without them I'd still be rocking the changing colour green trouble makers.

i wasnt talking specifically about you just people like that in general. if i had enough money to buy that stuff i would too.
