last winter I bought a pair of salomon spk chaos, an awesome boot, couldnt be better, i was sooo stoked when I first went skiing wearing this boot. well, in march a part of that piece in the front of the boot which connects the boot to the binding simply broke out. I´m not that sure how that happened, but It might have happened when I tried to kick my ski down the whole slope after I´ve kicked my fourth pair of TNKs this year.
The boot was still usable, but it seemed pretty sketchy. So, when season was over I went to my local shop and they sent my spk kaos to salomon. Two weeks later they told me that I got a new pair of boots. I was pretty stoked about that, but you cant imagine how stoked I was when I picked my new pair of SEASON 08/09 SALOMON SPK PRO (the leather ones with the golden fastens)
Don´t knwo why, but the simply upgraded my boot and gave me next years...

Thats why I love salomon
 
i still havent heard about my bindings and my shop sent them in at the beginning of may, and damn thats a sick hook up, lucky
 
Salomon is uber legit when it comes to warranties. Last year I wrecked my Z12 bindings (I know, they're terrrible) and they replaced them with 2009 STH-12's for FREE! Awesome company
 
well so far i hate solly, my spk kaos's liner lase holes all ripped out in under 3 months and my 914's cracked all the way through next to the screw on both heel peices in even less time then that. havent tried to warrenty them yet hopefuly they will hook it up
 
yeah, same thing happened with a pair of my rossi scratches. Got a pair of those old white WRS's broke within the month, sent them back and got a (then) new pair of scratch ghetto's. I was soo stoked! I don't think that would have happened had it been at the end of the season though, although i don't know. Also worked through evogear, the most legit ski site on the web, hands down. the reps email u back within the day, always, great communication, really great people. Rossi is just as legit as salomon
