today when i woke up it was -20 air temp outside... thats not the windchill, just air temp...

lol now my rant against my state....

we have no mountains, last week out of 4 days skiing i had 3 powder days in UT... (best skiing of my life) (never can happen in minnesota)

its cold as fuck here... i skied knee deep powder on friday, (alta) and when i came home for my sisters ski race on saturday it was -7 all day... today the high is a big fat ZERO!.... we get no snow..... we have shitty roads, Mndot has their heads so far up their asses its not even funny... we have some of the highest taxes in the country, and rank pretty high up there in the world.. (9% state income tax WTF?) we are building a tax payer funded baseball staduim....

where is Al gore and his global warming when i need him?!?!! its fucking cold outside!

o and the worst is people can NOT drive for shit in this state either.... took me almost 3 times as long to drive to college this morning...

thank god i dont live in Nebraska... (sorry nebraskins:)

so NS lets here you rant against your state...

BTW i do love my state overall, im just in a grouchy state of mind with school starting, it being fucking cold, shitty skiing in this state after skiing UT for the last week, ect...
 
i live in Illinois, only good thing is chicago, and im kinda close to wisconsin, so theres some decent parks there, but other than that, for skiing it sucks
 
I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, yes the skiing could be better, but Im not complaining too much. Its alright down here. The high on Friday is supposed to be 25°, which is WAY cold here.
 
I like Minnesota... we just got dumped on yesterday here, its cold but oh well.. I live south of the cities like 45 mins and its pretty cool. Duluth where I go to college is pretty awesome too.. Minnesota is pretty awesome overall
 
I just got back to MN from there... it was so nice there and now it isn't supposed to get above zero here until friday. Had so much fun building and trying some new tricks on a BC booter we built in Hyalite... then I dislocated my shoulder but overall it was so worth it
 
I fucking love my state. The only bad part right now is people are fat (fattest in nation), stupid (inbred), and drug addicted. The state itself is awesome though. We have high gas prices but the higher the prices go the more the STATE pays US.
 
yeah upstate ny is the same tomorrow is going to be a high of 3 and a low of -10. we had 6 inches of powder last weekend and it was still icy.

i live in seattle, and it is baller as fuck.

oceans, mountains, and good skiing+cool coastlines and shit. plus good weed. and we're close to canada.

Eastern Washington sucks so much balls though, so thats bad.
 
well come visit us in GA...

2in of snow shuts down the state, and with a temp of about 50-60 people were wearing full jackets and pants like it was UTAH...

oh well though, we got big trucks, and dumb people...

dumped on? last week in Utah they closed LCC because they got over 20in of snow... we got a dusting... they had fresh snow 3 of 4 days last week..
 
I live in northern california. it reached 85 degrees today.

There is no weather in site, even on the 10 day. just sun, sun, and more sun. our skipark is going to close soon. Thankfully I'm going back to school soon and tahoe still has something of a base.
 
living in PA is pretty beat... cost 10 bucks just to drive there and back to the local mountain each day..

although PA isnt the largest mountain in the world, Im still content with whats available...

i mean it could be worse i could live in Nebraska...

no! minnesota is fucking awesome. the people here are amazing. and this has been one hell of a year for snow. i don't know what you're complaining about.
 
Ohio...ftw? fuckn hate this damn state cockest rudest people, skiing is alright its all i know other then peak n peek, and holimont and holiday valley. local hill the longest ride up is 2 minutes cause the chair lift is set on mental retardation, the one next to it goes twice as fast, and thats normal speed. the weather is typically up and down, cold as hell suppose to be -10 this week but we get lake effect snow here by akron so its something. i hope to get out soon, hahaha the kevein smith show is on and they are freakn out and he is a dick

haha true that.. and I get your opening post too.. I was just out in Montana doing some of the best skiing of my life, so yes, compared to some places minnesota is lame, but you work with what you have :)
 
i live in maine. its decent for the most part, but the true mainers are fucked. you wont meet a more ignorant group of people on the east coast than you will in maine. Lewiston, Maine has some of the most rascist people i have ever met. I'm so glad i live in a little town that is mostly non-hick, but you know when you see the kid with the lifted 20 year old chevy with a pipe stack in the back where you are, and what you come from. But the farther south you travel, it gets better, no complaints.
 
i live in washington, but i go to mount hood. it can rain there during all 12 months. it sucks getting 5 feet of powder then a half of ice to go over it. but other then that it's nice.
 
At least you dont live in Canada i mean your snow sucks and what not but at least your states not looked on a a big vag. (jokes) I love canada.

even though the guy from tennessee has me beat.. they have much nicer mountains.. but probably have less snow than us..
