I know i am retarded but i have a question

If you have photoshop, when you save it, turn the quality settings down. It will make the picture quality less but will get it under 100k.

If you want pics to upload to NS that are more then 100k, go to www.putfile.com and host them there and then when you want to upload them on NS, use the address link from putfile to upload em (and they ca be more then 100k then)
 
if you have fireworks, use the export wizard to save to web... you might have to change the size of the picture to maintain the quality, or sacrifice it to keep the original size.

upload into MS paint, click image at the top, scroll down to stretch and skew image, make it a reasonable size, then save the image as a jpeg. thats the easiest way if you have microsoft.
 
chances are you have the file saved in bitmap form. open paint, go to file, hit 'save as' then select '.jpg'. it'll be much smaller, guaranteed, unless the picture is huge, in which case, shrink it by going to the image tab and clicking 'sketch/skew'. make it smaller by setting the percentage or the original dimensions (i.e, if you hit 50% and 50%, the length and width will decrease by half)
 
open it in photoshoppe. Go image tab, image size... and then change the width to like 800 or so and then the height with automatically change. then file, save for web. and it should say below the picture like 40K or a smaller number than 100K. Save it, and your good to go. :)
