I just woke up its 2 o clock

in the summer i usually go to bed 2am-4am 6 out of the 7 days a week. and wake up between 12-130. and im still tired as shit when i wake up like today i got 10 hours of sleep and i could easily take a nap right now. but if i go to bed like 1am or earlier i can wake up at like 9am.
 
if i have nothing to do for like a week, i progressivly sleep in later and later. but say when i have 3 days where i have to be up at 9, and then 2 days off, i always wake up at 9.
