people like u piss me off i hate u i go there like on a daily basis my mom works there ans knows everything goin on cuz she is the accountant and deals with the money probs and sees every client interested and knows all the groups who are interested so fuck off and go die
 
I'm just annoyed of kids fucking pming me and asking about tamarack I get about 5 a week.

Everyone is out of the loop except jp and the person who is interested.

For right now jp is trying to hold off on selling it because the sooner its sold the cheaper it is. the bank is also trying to push forclosure because the mountain only has a about i think less then 9 monhts under Jp. So right now the bank and jp are fighting and the buyers are watching all of this.

Thats what actually happening.

The broker or whatever that was dealing with the people who bought said he closed the deal.

So it's a done deal and tammy will be open. That's what I heard but I was told to not tell anyone so you didn't here it from me.
 
I work at tamarack, actually I currently am on a computer here working in the zipline office, my mom works in accounting so we get all our info from here, actually you can see conman2800's post he is my little brother, but other then that its a pretty tight end deal with whats going on with buyers because they get bashed from the news and shit with any word they get so they keep to themselves but we usually get the word around here. pretty much jp is trying to prolong it as long as he can so he can still keep the resort, alfrado wants to take it over mainly and is willing to put in his own money into it these days because he was just the background man before but now he is kind of stepping back because well its getting confusing

thats kind of a rediculous jump 200 to 700

but they definately need to charge that much due to there current economic fiasco
 
More then likely it will open with working the ziplines and the golf running its a really good start of a heartbeat here you know. but all anyone can say right now is mroe then likely
 
I fucking love working here, usually I'm a guide but our sales women was a cunt and now shes gone and i got stuck in the office on slow days. but

For all you kiddies its the fucking shit although it does cost 107 including tax its super worth it. Thats why you are young and have parents.
