am I alone, or is it terribly difficult to deal with the west coast and their early season openings, northern new england and their 2 miles of open terrain and all this christmas garbage while looking at your beater skis and not having anything to slide on? this warm weather is killing me.

is it allways like this in CT? i swear I remember a time when it wasnt this bad pre season.

Yeah dude, this time of the year fucken BLOOOWSSS.... but there is some decent terrain open in some VT mountains.. nothing like that of mammoths superpipre (damnit!) but of course I have finals and work all this week, so reality isn't letting me ski right now....

But, You are right connecticut sucks real bad, like 6 years ago it was a good winter, we just gotta pray this one will be alright

^ haaaa? winter break? what is that? Oh yeah thats right, for me that means working 40 hours a week at a bullshit job... great break huh? gotta love being a broke college kid and having to spend your 'free' time working.....

this sucks. my mt usually opens by the 29th of november. this year they are opening the 6th

yea it sucks, but its better now then october when ya know you still got 2 months. at least now we are only about a week away... but yea i found myself walkin around the woods finding places to build shit.- fluff dude, at the litchfields lot up the street there is a perfect place for a nice quarter pipe. theres a mound of dirt already in the shape of it. not to mention all the pipes we can ride on... thats where im goin when i get bored and cant go to the moutian.

 
fluff, last year in fact we had a big snow storm this weekend. lot's of more terrain was open in vermont, this season has been lagging so far. i go longboarding to pass the time. at least i still get to cruise down hills.
