I hate hospitals

So unfortunately I have been stuck in the waiting room of my local hospital for like 5 hours. I have had super a high fever for a few days and probably strep and all the local clinics nearby have been closed so I've been stuck in the ER. Any suggestions as how to pass the time while I wait for the doctor?

Honestly the best time passer for me is to read a good book. See if someone could bring you a nice novel.

When I broke my arm I was faced with a similar wait so I went to the vet. They x-rayed and diagnosed me and put a temp cast on in no time. I had to wear an x-ray vest for 'alsatians'. Not sure how they'd go with a fever, but something to keep in the back of your mind!

I usually read a magazine or draw. Most of the time if I am in the ER though I just pass time by being unconscious so it is a pretty short wait.

Seriously. Took 30 mins all up. Couldn't claim it on medicare though, but we have a baller pet insurance policy so we just slapped it on that.
