So I get this text:

I'm gonna fucking kill you tomorrow.

Me: Haha what?

Your fucking dead I'm gonna break your jaw!

Me: Haha what? Suck popsicles you little bitch! (as a joke from that spongebob thing)

Your fucking dead tomorrow just wait and see!

He claims he goes to my school but we called him and his voice is 100% unrecognizable, like I've never heard it, and say's he's gonna beat the shit outta me. I don't believe him it's just annoying as fuck!

I have no idea who would want to kick the shit outta me cause I haven't done anything to anyone, literally like I'm well liked by everyone in the town (claim) I'm 6'5, like 220, I know there's only one kid in the school who I could lose a fight to and we're super chill.

This shit's just annoying has it happened to anyone else here?
 
Better hope the fucker doesnt have a knife. Besides if you have his phone number then why dont you just do some searching and find out who it is~

Yea I'm not worried about it, probably just some random kid who saw my comment on facebook, has my phone numba in it cause I'm too lazy to make one of those gay 'add me' groups

 
you should fuck school and just go skiing tomorrow. that way even if it is a real threat you're all good, and your skiing. But if you died on the slopes that'd be really ironic
 
i'll call him on an international number. hopefully he picks up and i keep him talking and he pays alot of money. i would do that and up my bill for a fellow NSer and for kicks.
 
I have only recied one... on aim and she was an ex boy friends new girlfriend... shes basically a psycho but im over it.

i did get a vioce mail from some guy saying how great the night was last night and how he wanted to meet up again... it was wierd cuz i had no idea who it was... and i wasnt out the night before so basically same case its probably just some ass.
 
the other day my roommate was like " i am in the library" and me, not watching what i texted said "i will come end you" instead of find you.

she was like, uhhh, what?
 
heres what i would do. the kid is most likely fucking with you. call him and tell him you are going to have to give his number to the police and file a report unless he says who he is. hell shit his pants and everything will be good. if he refuses then call him on another phone and get an old guy to pretend to be the [police and fuck with him.
 
i got one today from this fucker who has the most messed up teeth and he says that he sees his dead siblings
 
i got one that was serious once cuz it traced back to some faggot in colorado. i live in ottawa. so i didnt giv a fuck. i filed a police report thats about it
 
Death threats are illegal and usually taken pretty seriously. Record the call or get him to do the same thing on facebook or something and he actually get a criminal record for it.
 
theres a girl that goes to my school everyone hates her and she thinks she is hot shit and all and whenever she gets pissed off she is friends with the wiggers from other townships and is like im gonna get my friends on you and shit its hilarious. She also thinks she is really ghetto when we live in a really nice community
 
i used to get a ton from this one kid in high school of course it was over a girl. it was kinda funny though he was all like well pick a day this week to fight outside of school or i'm going to start a fight in school. well i said alright well friday and he was all ok see you then friday rolled around decided to go skiing with the girl. it was pretty funny. on monday i walked right past the kid he didnt do shit. such a talker.
 
my mom used to be a criminal prosecutor. shit we had police watching our house about once a month for the year she did it. we had people calling are house phones saying they were going to do the craziest shit.
 
fucking call 911. thats what i would do. theyll trace him or something. make sure its not one of your buddies though because that could be embarrassing
 
The story is pretty anti-climatic, our justice system sucks balls, you can be released after committing cold blooded murder in a pretty damn quick period of time, so threats towards witnesses, prosecutors, police officers, detectives, undercover cops etc are taken pretty seriously.

Threatening the person themselves is not that effective, so generally the families are the ones who are targeted kidnapped, hurt etc. Also, it is scarily easy to get your hands on private information such as home addresses etc so precautions are taken. Look at how gangs work, they go after the families etc. We had a rash of gang murders, my father is/was involved in some of those bad dudes living in jail now, they said they would come after us.
