I cant quote peoples replys... whats up with it?

I click the little "quote reply" button, and it goes to the page where it has their quote, and then you can type under it, so i type whatever under it, click submit or whatever. AND THIS POPS UP:

Lemme make this clear, the posts body was not empty when I submitted it, and the text i was trying to quote DID exist in the originating post. What is going on....

You probably are typing in the part that you are quoting. Try typing underneath that bar that has the formatting stuff under it. I'm assuming you have fancy GUI editor on

Sometimes, if you exit the thread and forum its in, and go back and re-do it, it'll work. A pain in the ass for sure, but this is my method when that happens (while c&p'ing my original text if its long).
