I can't cork anymore, +K for help!

Hey guys! About a year ago i knew how to do corks on trampoline, i could do corks from 5 - 12s. then i learned how to do a Bio. And i practiced they bios ALOT. And now, everytime i try to cork, I end up doing a bio 9, and it pisses me off. Well, now I'm going summerskiing in a week and I'm praccing the corks a lot because i really want to learn how to cork on skis, still i get no progression because the only thing i do is the same old bios. I can do cork 5's but when i'm going for 7, I either do a Bio 9 or a strange underflip 7 thingy.

So any1 had the same problem? What to dooooo?

ya i had the same problem! talk to my friend ramberger213 he hasn't tried corks on skis yet but he can destroy them on tramps. he helped me learn and re-learn them and could prob help you too

yeah my buddy had that problem and it's going to be hard for you to get that normal rotation back..just need to throw back over your shoulder and fallow through and stay closed can't pull your head back or you'll go into bio

start your cork later, really focus on jumping straight up and getting a good high bounce. After you've left the trampoline sit back softly and start a slow cork rotation. Don't worry about landing on your feet, just focus on the rotation. With skiing, on a good sized jump, you'll have plenty of time to float around a lofty cork 7 or 9.

heres the best advice you will get. Start working on backflip 3s learn those then start to throw grabs in and throw them more spinny-like. This will help you immensely.

do full and double airplanes on the tramp to get the motion back.

If you don't know what these are, a full airplane is a 360 to backdrop, so a double airplane would be a 720 to backdrop.

This will get your body use to the motion of spinning the off axis with your head behind instead of in front.

Once you've got these dialed, do the same thing, but throw back a little harder and bring your legs around at the end to land on your feet.

has anybody here ever tried the "airplane turn"? you do a wide open three sixty onto your back. then once you start adding air to it, throwing it a bit harder and tucking up it'll throw you right into a cork. works for me

Spin before you go upside down.

I was on the tramp on monday and i learnt a rightside cork 7 somehow. Started of with right 7 and then i went for the blunt grab and it threw me upside down.

yeah i learned by just doing a 3 and landing on my back... then i just threw a cork. its really easy if you jump up and then throw the cork
