I can't add a new icon for some reason

Not sure what I am doing wrong but whenever I upload a new icon I get this message

Deleting old icon 16431.jpg

Added new icon

But then nothing actually changes and my old icon is still sitting there.

no i fixed the size so it was 50x50 pixels and then got that message, dunno.

that happened to me too but it doesnt even delete my icon when i click delete
