I began printing my art on tees... $20!

NS,

I have always been an artist and painter. Recently I've began screen printing some of my drawings on teeshirts and hoodies. I sell them locally to friends and such, and sell some of them over my instagram (@nohaspengler).

The tee shirts are a 100% cotton heavyweight tee. I can do all sorts of sizes and colors including talls.

I have several in each design already printed on tall tees that I am selling. XL-4XL Tall.

All profits go to continuing to print shirts and a 2016 road trip to Mt. Hood.

Pricing:

1 tee: $20

1 sweatshirts: $40

All 3 designs on tee: $50

Shipping is nationwide $5

Paypal ONLY

All orders are genuinely appreciated.

Now to the images;

Peace!

Noah

Quite possibly the first T-Shirts For Sale thread that does not purport to be the "launch" of a great new "company." Nice designs, nicely represented, well done. I predict you will not receive the hate that is usually heaped upon the dozens of "t-shirt companies" that have "launched" on here.

Not sure if your sarcastic or not, but I would like to clarify this myself.

This is NOT some company. Its just a hobby.

I'm just presenting some artwork on clothing that I so happen to print myself.

:)

And what ever happens I PRAY to not be lumped in the "ladies, ladies" vibe

These are actually really cool. Not really my style for just wearing around, but I can definitely respect the designs. Maybe I'll buy one for skiing in.

You should try to do more than the classic b&w tee. I feel like you have potential but the current stock is somewhat bland

i disagree. i think they're fine as is, quieter colors help bring attention to the design itself.

anyway OP, i personally love the turban design (or whatever it is). I'll definitely consider buying a t shirt or a sweatshirt.

finally a kid that knows he's not the next jiberish, just doing what he wants. love it. i like the low key colors like stated above, would totally and probably will buy.

No unimpressed lynx for you, you get the black pussy of excellence.

He was definitely being serious, your stuff is actually good and original unlike basically every other "clothing compnay" thread that pops up here.

Good too many people think its easy to make and then sell shirts people will buy and before they check the market just jump in and fail.

ohhh my, those shirts are sick. i dig shirts that have designs like that on them, definitely would buy one if i could scrounge together enough money

I actually am doing more then the classic B&W. I can print on any color way you would like!

The reason I posted these specific photos was just to give a standard view of my work, plus I've got loads of the black/grey/white already printed.

I really like the first black shirt and the red one. Would definitely buy a tall t with these designs!

u should make more variations of the mountain design, that one is cool

u should also try putting it on kickstarter to get people to buy them

That sounds like a business mike, not a hobby

I usually like to click on these threads for a good laugh about a new company that wants all this money and to back them on kickstarter but these shirts are actually kinda sweet. May consider buying when I've got a bit more money.

Not really trying to take that path, if I was trying to sell loads of these, then that might be a good Idea, but Im not trying to force people into buying them.

Its more of a hobby to me, I'm not trying to make millions of dollars. I just felt NS would be a good place to sell them because I've gotten a lot of positivity.

Does NSL stand for NewSchoolers Lyfe?

In all seriousness, these are sick and keep the designs coming cause i need some t shirts since summer is approaching and these are dope!

Do you print these yourself?

Just wondering. But these are super sick, if I had money id definitely by one. Ill keep this in mind for when I have some! Keep going man.

Haha "NSL" Is currently just the name of these prints. I originally didn't really wan to have any "labels" or "brand name" on these. But my lawyer aunt gave me a very stern copywrite talk about such a thing so I decided I had to label them somehow.

NSL stands for my my Initials (NS) and then limited. The reason limited was because each shirt is only going to be made a select amount of time and is kinda its own little work of art.

And thank your for the positivity, Its great to hear!

Yes all designing and printing is done by myself. This winter I didn't get to ski barely at all for several reasons. I was making a lot of drawing in my downtime. A friend recommended I start screen printing. I liked that Idea and did lots of research on it. Eventually I built a homemade press and picked up supplies.

So basically now my little 8x16 bedroom is a sweatshop :)

Well dope man! May have to make a press just for the hell of it. Good luck and you may hear from me again

Bump! Still got a fair amount off tall t's that need to be sold! PM me if interested!

No kickstarter? No clothing company or sponsorships?

Are you sure you're doing this correctly?!?!?!?!?

But seriously. It's refreshing to it done this way. Honestly I probably won't buy one but I figure I'd post seeing as how you're being legit about things. Not asking for 20k in some shitty kickstarter, not ordering a bunch of shitty shirts with shitty logos in wholesale stitching a tag on them and calling them your work, and just being generally legit.

I give you my seal of approval

Bravo. And threads in case I want something. Good luck on your trip OP and keep up the good work.

Bump, here were those navy and blue ones I was talking about.

This design is beautiful. Have you thought about selling prints? 8x10s perhaps or 11x14? It'd look nice framed on my wall...

Word I love that thought... I'll play around today with some paper print variations and get back to this thread.

Thank you for the idea :)
