Eggs
Potatoes
Butter
Make your own bread(soo much cheaper, enriched flour)
from this spend all extra on
Chicken on the bone(cheaper)
look for sales
get some frozen broccolli(broccolli has alot of nutrients)
other veggies
maybe somme black beans(super cheap if still dry just take longer)
and a multivitamin that has no more than 100 dv of anthying and no iron if your a guy.
