I'm 5'5 120lbs if that makes any difference, its my first year on a team but i'm pretty good, i'm just not sure of what is good and what isn't good. Any suggestions? Any help will be appreciated. And yes, i already have short shorts a tank top and a headband for my uniform.

1. I have long hair, well, long enough for hair wings
2. I have a headband
3. I am going to be in tournaments.
4. ???????
5. I will profit.

Wilson K series. I will swear my life to wilson. In my opinion I believe wilson builds a much better racquet than babalot.

I enjoy playing the K tour better than the Pro. If you are on your schools top team I see no reason why you would play with the Kobra. Go to a shop and see if they have any of them on demo for you to try out.

Just go and see which ones feel right to you. Go ask a pro, he will know alot more about the racquets than I, just a high school player.

Ive been working in a tennis shop for the past 4yrs, so I have a broad knowledge of what happening in the tennis world. Sounds like you are a blank slate right now, I would advise you to try to demo some sticks first. Check out your local clubs to see if they have demos, or ask to try some diff rackets from your teamates. Dont settle on a stick just cause someone else says so, or b/c its cool, cough babolat cough. Do you have any idea as to headsize or weight that you are looking for?

haha yeah seeing as youre not even sure how good you are its difficult to recommend a frame

its really helpful to demo because what racquet you like is big time personal preference, for example what would seem like the most expensive/top of the line Wilson racquet would be the BLX SixOne Tour (Federer's supposed racquet) but i can tell you that even most seasoned players may not enjoy its lack of forgiveness

the best thing to do would be to do some research, demo if you can and then buy something you feel is right

check out this site it was really helpful when i was trying to learn about racquets a few years ago: http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/LC/
