Hyland

Last year they opened before Thanksgiving and I believe they're trying to do that again. Once it gets cold enough for good they'll bring the snow guns out.
 
Nevermind that comment, they blew snow early last night until around 2pm and with the amount of snow they could make they could maybe even open this weekend. You never know with Hyland though.

was there yesterday teaching a little 5yo, didn't get to lap the park but it was looking damn good from the bottom. just need to get the 40ft back in

anyway, i've never seen hyland as nice as it was today. everything is set up pretty nice. i had my doubts earlier this year, but i was impressed today.

i really hope they keep the 40ft just like that the rest the year - set in the snow a ways so its not so high and a nice flat landing. the lip could be street style but im not getting my hopes up.

now if they can get the lip right on the dfd...
 
hahaha today it was like street style lip but before the first little flat part. like how the fuck am i supposed to hit that?

as for facebook, I suggested they get a real park crew of like 2 or 3 guys and a manager type to coordinate w the groomers and also communicate w nybora coaches. I figure they should know whats up. then i said a lack of snow isn't an excuse for shitty rail set ups. all of this was said in a polite, professional manner w suggestions, not demands for changes. guess my response made too much sense compared to all the 10-15yo's bitching about random stuff.
