Hyland Hills???

ooooooooooooooooooooooo snap.

I hope that buck or afton has a good beginners park this winter. Last year was my first year in park and when I lived in keystone there was alot of good easy stuff for beginners, but moved back to mn and there was nothing I could hit
 
to be blunt buck sucks.. i went there just to see how it was and they had a beginner park which consisted of a 5 foot jump and really randomly place wide boxes ride on style set the slope of the hill. In their main park the placement was alot better and there were actually some nice landings, but again it was all ride on snowboard type stuff.
 
ummm there are 2 parks, one big and one small. When you look at the hill to the left of the tow rope is the small and there really are some small features in there that im sure you can hit man.
 
i love how its all midwest kids posting in here... but anyways if you can make the drive, go to Trollhaugen, we have a lot of easy/beginner stuff that is still fun.
 
fuck off allen. you were just too stubborn to come to afton when we had our good parks up. not to say we're amazing...our jumps eat dick...but as for rails, we've got a pretty nice setup.

but ya, buck sucks, welch was a joke last year except for sunset and smudfly, those were both really fun. and i've only skiid hyland once, and i broke my arm there...but it was still insanely good.
 
Everything in Minnesota is a joke compared to where I used to live

but buck is like 10 miles away and afton is 30 miles away. its the closest I can get to skiing
 
Wow I just googled it and never realized its that close. its 17 miles away from me, im in eagan/rosemount.

Ive never been to hyland *shrugs. I guess Ill have to claim that I get free airplane tickets (well who doesnt in MN it seems) so I usually just fly out west
 
holy shit. same here.... last year my dad txted me saying how it was dumping in SLC.... so i got home and hopped the last flight of the day out there and was skiing knee deep at brighton on april 15th. i love life. haha

Which one? Haha, I hear so many stories at dinner its not even funny. the other day three of our planes were struck by lighting, and we have a saab(I think its a saab) that has been struck three times, bad luck. Some idiot also walked right into a prop blade the other day and cut open their head
