Hv30 problem.

I was filming a fall session we were having today and I'm just capturing it now. The first 60 min tape is fine no problem with it. I then put in the second tape and it's extremely choppy like non salvageable. I then re-wound the second tape and recorded a bit over it, then captured the newly recorded stuff. It was fine no skipping at all? Should I be worried about this or just a glitch that happened? Anyway else ever had the same problem?

maybe, dirty heads? not sure though

I would say this, happened to my buddy with his vx2000, he got a head cleaner and it fixed the problem.

its happened with my dvx too, ran a head cleaner for like 10 seconds poof problem fixed

Yeah I'm going to get one and clean the heads. Fuck Mini DV though so much footage ruined.
