Wesley.P Active member Mar 16, 2011 #1 has anyone hurt there hip? hurt mine todayand just need some advice. i can barely walk cant move it past maybe 10 degrees swollen to the size of half a bowling ball and i cant lie down comfortably in any position any ideas? +k for good responses
