Hunting

Anyone else on here hunt, I just got my license and it is so much fucking fun. Just went duck hunting and I am planning on going grouse and turkey hunting. Just curious to see how many people in the ski community enjoy hunting.

u have no direction in life and are spending too much time on NS shit posting. Stop yanking it in ur parents house and get a life. If you can slide a rail (which I highly doubt) maybe try posting an edit.

Shot my first grouse at age seven. We also hunt moose, caribou, sheep, deer, elk, and turkey.

I'm Alaskan, so there's that. I love hunting. Our kids love hunting. The meat is so much more delicious (in my opinion), and the experience is so fun (well it's sometimes super miserable, but it sure makes you appreciate your food later).

I am from Maine and a lot of people hunt up here I have just never gotten into in until now, I have literally only gone duck hunting once and I am hooked for life. I want to get a deer at some point but right now I dont have the fridge space

Just got into it last year, did some grouse hunting in Idaho. Had plans for an elk hunt, but ended back in Ontario, so gonna see how the fall turkey scene is here.

Grouse hunting is super easy and can be done with a slingshot.

I do squirm when I have to run up and ring their neck. But so delicious.

You have moose hunting in your state, right? I'd highly recommend that, if you get the opportunity!

We have three huge stand-up freezers in our garage, in addition to the regular freezer in our kitchen, in order to store all of our fish and game.

Yeah I would love to get a moose but it is super hard to win the lottery, The season is only a week long too. I would like to get every animal that is available in Maine some day.

No but I want to. Just gotta find a way to get into it

Bro literally just get a license, the most expensive part is the gun and the waders,(if your duck hunting). the rest you can get for cheap. Its so fucking fun dude. Just as hyped to go hunting in the morning as I am to go skiing.

Today was opening day for waterfowl in MT. Been bear hunting the last few weekends but I’m only finding ones with cubs, so can’t take them. Hopefully I get my elk this year, but not bummed if I don’t get one.

My father is super into it and I still go with him frequently. Just elk for archery but hunt mule deer, whitetail deer, and pronghorn as well in rifle season. I like it for the opportunity to hike off trail and see some places you wouldn’t go if you were trying to just hike.
