Hows winter park?

So I have an interview on Monday with winter park. Never been there before but seems like a decent spot for winter.

Can I get some reviews on it from some people? I would really like to know more about their Lift access BC or if they have any at all. Steep and deep is what I love. Don't care for park.

Any other relevant information as well would be useful.

Thanks NSrs as always +K

I'm sure most will mention the usual "stash" spots (they used to be more unknown in the past) like tophers, mushroom patch, etc off of the challenger chair in the Mary Jane area. If you smoke weed, there are a ton of shacks to be found, more so than any other ski area in the area (see if you can find the mayor's office!). The cirque is really fun and has a lot of fast chutes and cornices, but it isn't open all that often (it usually does open at least a few times even on slow snow years) except on good snow years then it's pretty consistent, the trek back to the lift is always a bitch though haha. you can usually find leftover stashes in the vasquez ridge area days after a storm, because no one ever goes over there since the terrain isn't very exciting. There's also the hole-in-the-wall chutes right off of challenger that are open on good snow years, but hit it quick before it turns into an steep icy mogul hill.

if you're going the BC route just stand on the highway going towards berthoud pass and hitch a ride to the top of berthoud pass. Tons of options and directions to go once you're up there, chutes, cliffs, whatever really. There's quite a few guys that hang around berthoud regularly and don't mind skiing with others.

There's more but I can't say everything! hah I miss skiing WP/MJ regularly...

This is what I want to hear.
