they aren't for dancing on rails, you could, its just hard. ive rode them the past two years as my only ski. i skied prob 5 out of 6 days a week lapping the park with them and theyre fine on rails. like he said above, harder to lock in, but once your locked in, your there. idk if that makes sense.
also idk if this has to do with the width of the ski, but i feel like your edges crack faster than on skiinier park skis bc when you land hard on a rail/disaster, it has more torsional force on the edge. again idk if that makes sense. either way ive skied each pair ive had 140days+ hard, running into rocks and all sorts of stuff and the eges arent even close to ripping out.....line skis are sweet, buy some.
