How warm/thick are First Drop hoodies?

They are not super thin, and they are not super thick either. You would not want to just wear one on a cold winter day. They would be perfect for spring or summer skiing though. We'll probably begin offering different thicknesses of hoodies next year since some people like thinner hoodies and some like em' thick!

they are really high quality though, nice metal zipper and pulls, double thickness hood, good elastic in the cuffs, 100% colorfast, 100% pre-shrunk, etc...

Too expensive? Come on now. You must not be up on your average hoodie prices. $48 for a sick design and fit by a core, one man company who is only in their first year of selling to the public and you think it's over priced? If anything it should be $15 more. FD's prices, I feel, are very reasonable. Especially when you consider what you are buying and who you are supporting.

It's only $48 for a hoodie? That's less than half the price of jiberish, and not every person you know will have one. Win win.

ive heard that they are pretty thin, im not really sure if i would order from then again, im still waiting for mine after 3 months, ive been in contact with bill and everything though

Exactly. I got the one from earlier this year so it shrunk a couple inches and kind of faded but I really like it. It's really nice for just wearing around not riding. The hood is fucking tiny though.
