present your sponsor properly?ORhow to make you worthy of getting sponsored?
heres the deal:First of all, this is not a guide ;), I´m the one who needs advice. I´m sponsored by a pretty nice shop in Austria (Sajas), that hooked me up with Orage this season, which is pretty awesome. I met Orages manger yesterday and he told me to come to his office tomorrow to talk stuff, pick up some outfits etc.A friend of mine asked him yesterday about a sponsorship and if she could send in a video, and he replied that orage didn´t randomly sponsor guys that are good at skiing any more, they want to know their goals, what skiing is for them, where they see themselves in three years and what the company gets from them FOR sponsoring them. While saying that he looked at me, which led me to the guess that he wanted to know exactly that stuff from me.its pretty easy to answer the first few questions, but what do I tell him about the last one?I mean
What do you do to present your sponsor in a way that its profytable for the company to sponsor you?I mean beside contests etc.
I really need your help guysthanks
 
wear the stuff around, try and act professionally when you wear it. basically, try and be the face of the company for those who dont know much about it. because to them, you are the company.
 
i know some sponsored kids and they slay, but they are always nice, giving out tips and they promote the company. Dont be a jerk, cuz the compnay doesn't want that.
 
just say that your going to do your best to spread info about the product, recommend it to people on the lift, wear their shirts, just in general try to spread the word about it. and dont be a dick, because then people wont buy it.
