How to warrenty shit?

Scrambles

Well, my atomic patents have the topsheet falling off on the top, which sucks, but today while trying frontflips, the core at the tails snaped , and seperated leaving a massive "tunnel" (pics later). Is the core snapping like that usualy warrentyable?(sp?) if so how would I do this?

Next: my gopro HD.
It constantly freezes( not gets cold freezing, but stops responding), so if I hit record the red light will blink red once then, the screen would go blank except for the battery life icon and the thing that shows what mode it's in. The only way to fix this is removing the battery. On the few times it does record( 1/10 times) the video either; changes coulors the whole video, or plays like five seconds, then freezes and the screen just melts into a mass of different colors. How would I go about warrentying this.?

*note, this is typed on my iPhone via iNS so I will not be held responsible for and gramatical or spelling errors.

Thanks for your time.

check the companys websites. im sure they will tell you what they do warranty. i bet they will cover the skis if theyre delaminating caues thats usually refunded. i have no clue about the gopro. but try calling the headquarters and asking, they will probably have some answers

For the skis, talk to the shop where you bought them (whether its a local shop or an online dealer), shops take care of the warrenty.
As far as the GoPro goes, I'd e-mail them to see about that.
