How to transfer photos on the wii message board to an SD card?

I have some sweet action shots I took while playing We Ski and Snowboard that I want to put in a thread here on NS, but when I send them to the Wii Message Board, the Photo Channel doesn't do shit with being able to transfer the photos to my SD card. I really want those photos, I'll even softmod my Wii if I have to.

Is there no one that can help me?? Is it really that obscure an issue that no one has any expertise?!

i would help you if i knew how to do it but look online for a manual or something
