How to support a pvc rail

im buildin a double barrel flat rail for my backyard how would i support the pipes i was just thinkin bout a 2x4 underneath it but after thinkin what would be a good support method about 3ft off the ground

just scroll down and theres a pic. just replace the steel (what they say to use) with your pvc and there u go!

Build a box beam out of three 2 x 4 screw the pvc into the open end of the box beam and that thing will be so solid you'll be able to beat the crap out of it...
